ADMISSION PROCEDURE
For Classes I – VIII
- Registration is the first step. The prospectus given during Registration gives complete information about the school system.
- Admission to classes I & above is given based on the result of an admission test conducted by the school and the interaction of students & parents with the Principal of shortlisted students.
- The date, Time & Syllabus for the admission test may be collected from the school administrative office at the time of Registration.
- The Admission Test result will be displayed at the school Administrative Office within two days of the test.
Documents Required At The Time Of Admission
- Filled up a form and two passport-size photographs.
- Attested a copy of my Birth Certificate.
- Original birth certificate for verification.
- Report card of previous class (Attested).
- T.C. (original) is to be submitted within one month from the admission date.
- Original Character certificate for (Class VII and above)
- Proof of residence.
- Caste certificate for SC / ST / OBC / EWS.
- Copy of Aadhar Card of parents as well as the student.
- Certificate for disability, if any.
- Medical Fitness Certificate from Chief Medical Officer/Registered Medical Practitioner.

FEE STRUCTURE
TRANSFER POLICY
- In case parents of grades I-XII are seeking transfer from one branch of Allenhouse Public School to another branch of Allenhouse Public School, the difference in the admission fee (as on the year of transfer) will be charged
- In case of transfer from Allen Kids to Allenhouse Public School branch, no admission fee will be charged. It would be considered as a promotion to the next class.
- In case a parent of Allenhouse Public School is seeking an enquiry to transfer his/her ward to another branch of Allenhouse Public School, he/she should communicate with the Admission Counselor as well as the Accounts Office of the concerned School and he/she must submit a no dues certificate from the previous school.
- The transfer would be subject to the availability of seats in the relevant class.
